My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were clean and bright with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water, although a bit cramped with thin walls. The service was fabulous, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was simply amazing, surrounded by birdlife and a beautiful botanical garden on the edge of the Cano Negro river system. The dining experience was good overall, with fresh ingredients, but could use some improvement. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

The hotel is nestled in a lovely, if out-of-the-way setting, offering beautiful surroundings. The rooms, although in need of refurbishing, provide a cozy stay but lack modern amenities like a fridge. The service was exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location is simply stunning, set amidst a beautiful botanical garden alongside the Cano Negro river system, full of birdlife and offering a relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience, while okay, could improve to offer more satisfying options. Prices are reasonable, but some aspects could be enhanced to offer better value for money.
